So, I have been walking. I have been walking about a mile or more a day. Sometimes it is in the afternoon, sometimes in the morning. I want to progressively start to run, I think that is a little farther in the future though.
I woke up this morning after a rough night of sleep not wanting to start the day. It takes about 2 minutes for me to talk myself into actually getting up. I get ready for my walk, brush my teeth... what have you... and I begin; not wanting to. I am stretching and warming up and decide that this is all a good thing and that this whole "not being lazy" thing will be rewarding.
After all of what warming up entails, I begin my walk. By the way it felt awesome this morning. I walk my mile and some and enjoy every blasted minute of it! This only means that since I enjoy it so much in the mornings, I will have to continue doing this. Drat!
I like smelling like the outdoors.
I also like seeing people I know outside while I am walking, they wave.
Eating breakfast is fun too.
Today has been a good day.
